Problem: Severely deteriorated 7' diameter pipe has been previously rehabilitated using a spray-on epoxy,
which failed due to pinholes in the coating.
Solution: The remains of the coating were removed and the Poly-Triplex Liner System was installed from waterline
to waterline.
